At With The Flow, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly offer a full refund or an exchange (subject to stock availability).

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
